For urgent medical help, call 000.
4. Bookings and enquiries
When you submit an enquiry or booking request, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.
A booking is not confirmed until we have accepted the booking and, where required, payment or purchase order details have been received.
We may decline, cancel or reschedule a booking where:
required information has not been provided
payment has not been received
a course or service is full
a trainer, assessor, clinician, vehicle or required resource is unavailable
the booking is unsuitable, unsafe or outside our service scope
we are unable to deliver the service due to events outside our reasonable control
5. Prices and payment
Prices are listed in Australian dollars.
Unless stated otherwise, prices are inclusive of GST where GST applies.
Payment terms may vary depending on the service. Payment may be required at the time of booking, before service delivery, or in accordance with an approved invoice arrangement.
You agree to pay all applicable fees, charges and taxes associated with your booking or purchase.
If an invoice is issued, payment must be made by the due date shown on the invoice. Late or unpaid invoices may result in services being delayed, suspended or cancelled.
6. Training services
Moreton Group delivers nationally recognised training in partnership with Allens Training Pty Ltd, RTO 90909.
Course details, including units of competency, delivery format, duration, assessment requirements, pricing and prerequisites, may vary by course.
To complete a course, students must meet all required training and assessment requirements. This may include:
attending the required session or sessions
completing online learning, where applicable
providing accurate enrolment details
providing a valid Unique Student Identifier, where required
completing theory and practical assessment tasks
demonstrating required skills to the required standard
meeting any course-specific entry or physical requirements
Completion of payment or attendance does not guarantee a certificate or statement of attainment. Certification can only be issued when all required assessment and compliance requirements have been met.
7. Student responsibilities
Students are responsible for:
arriving on time
bringing any required identification or materials
completing pre-course work, if required
advising us of any support needs before the course
participating safely and respectfully
following trainer and assessor instructions
providing true and accurate enrolment information
ensuring the selected course is suitable for their workplace, industry or personal requirements
Some practical first aid courses may require students to perform physical tasks, including CPR on a manikin on the floor. If you have an injury, medical condition, disability or other concern that may affect your participation, please contact us before booking.
8. Certificates and statements of attainment
Certificates or statements of attainment are issued only where the student has successfully completed all course and assessment requirements.
Where same-day certificates are available, they may still depend on:
successful course completion
accurate enrolment information
valid USI details, where required
completion of required online learning
system availability
RTO processing requirements
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect student information, incomplete enrolment details, USI issues, non-completion of assessment requirements or third-party system delays.
9. Workplace and group training
For workplace or group training bookings, the organisation making the booking is responsible for:
providing accurate participant numbers
confirming the correct course or training requirement
ensuring the venue is safe and suitable
providing required facilities, equipment or access as agreed
ensuring participants are available and prepared
advising us of hazards, site requirements or access instructions
paying the agreed fees
If participant numbers change, the final fee may be adjusted in line with the agreed quote or booking terms.
If a workplace venue is unsafe, unsuitable or inaccessible, we may delay, reschedule or cancel the session. Fees may still apply where we have incurred costs or allocated staff and resources.
10. Cancellations, transfers and non-attendance
Cancellation, transfer and refund conditions may vary depending on the course or service booked.
Unless a different written arrangement applies:
cancellation requests must be made in writing
transfer requests are subject to availability
non-attendance may result in forfeiture of fees
late arrival may mean a student cannot participate or complete the course
fees may apply where a booking is cancelled or rescheduled at short notice
We will comply with all rights and remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
Recommended cancellation rules to confirm before publishing:
cancellations more than [insert number] business days before training may receive a refund or transfer
cancellations within [insert number] business days may incur a cancellation fee
non-attendance may be treated as a cancellation without notice
workplace bookings cancelled within [insert number] business days may incur trainer, travel, administration or venue-related charges
11. Refunds
Refunds are assessed according to the service booked, the reason for the refund request, timing of the request, costs already incurred and any applicable consumer law rights.
A refund may not be available where:
you change your mind
you choose the wrong course or service
you do not attend
you arrive too late to participate
you do not complete required pre-course work
you do not meet course entry or assessment requirements
you provide incorrect or incomplete information
you cancel outside the permitted cancellation period
This does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
12. Rescheduling by Moreton Group
We may need to reschedule a course or service due to circumstances such as staff illness, trainer availability, low enrolment numbers, emergency response needs, venue issues, vehicle issues, weather, safety risks or other operational factors.
If we reschedule a confirmed booking, we will take reasonable steps to offer an alternative date, time or arrangement.
Where a suitable alternative cannot be provided, you may be entitled to a refund of fees paid for the affected service, subject to applicable laws and any agreed terms.
13. Medical outreach services
Medical outreach services are provided based on availability, eligibility, clinical suitability, location and service capacity.
Medical outreach services are not a replacement for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 000.
We may decline, delay or refer a person to another provider where we believe the requested support is outside our service scope, unsafe, clinically inappropriate or better managed by another health service.
14. Patient transport
Patient transport bookings are subject to availability, suitability, patient needs, vehicle availability, staffing and service area.
When requesting patient transport, you must provide accurate information about the patient’s condition, mobility, equipment needs, pick-up and destination details, timing and any relevant risks.
We may decline, delay, cancel or refer a transport request if:
the transport is not clinically appropriate
emergency ambulance support is required
the patient’s needs are outside our service capability
safe transport cannot be provided
required information has not been supplied
conditions make the transport unsafe or impractical
Patient transport times may be affected by traffic, weather, clinical needs, hospital delays, previous bookings or operational requirements.
15. Event medical services
Event medical services are provided according to the agreed scope, event risk profile, staffing, equipment, location and service requirements.
Event organisers are responsible for:
providing accurate event details
advising expected attendance numbers
identifying event risks and hazards
providing site maps, access information and emergency plans where required
ensuring safe access for medical staff and vehicles
providing suitable space for medical operations, where agreed
complying with relevant permits, laws and event safety requirements
paying the agreed fees
If event details change, including attendance numbers, event type, operating hours, location, risk profile or site conditions, we may need to revise the quote, staffing plan or service scope.
We may withdraw or alter services if the event environment becomes unsafe or materially different from the agreed scope.
16. Vehicle hire and vehicle sales
Ambulance, patient transport vehicle and medical vehicle hire or sales may be subject to separate written agreements.
Where a separate hire, sale or service agreement applies, that agreement will take precedence to the extent of any inconsistency with these Terms & Conditions.
Vehicle hire may be subject to:
availability
approved use
driver, licence and insurance requirements
deposit or bond requirements
return conditions
kilometre limits
cleaning, fuel, damage or late return fees
safety and compliance requirements
Vehicle sales are subject to the specific terms agreed at the time of sale.
17. Donations and charitable support
Where donations or charitable support options are made available, donations may be processed by Moreton Group, Moreton Medical Incorporated or another authorised platform or entity.
Donation terms, tax deductibility and receipts may vary depending on the receiving entity and the type of donation.
You should review the donation details provided at the time of payment and seek independent advice if required.
18. Promotions and offers
From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts or special offers.
Promotions may be subject to specific terms, including eligibility criteria, expiry dates, booking limits, course exclusions or availability.
Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
We may amend or withdraw promotions at any time, subject to applicable laws.

This may include extreme weather, natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic, public health restrictions, road closures, emergency incidents, staff illness, power outages, technology failures, supply issues, regulatory changes or other unexpected events.
